  • To create, review, approve, and initialize merchant accounts.
  • To provide POS, inventory, reporting, printing, and account support services.

Account approval and initialization

New merchant registrations submitted on kpress.online remain pending until an administrator reviews the request and initializes the store in Kpress Manager. During that process, submitted account and business details may be reviewed by our internal team.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers or infrastructure partners only when necessary to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

We retain account and business records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account deletion

Users can request account deletion from within the app or by contacting support. Deletion requests may require verification and may be subject to reasonable retention requirements for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect account and business information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
