Merchant account help

  • Account registration is submitted on kpress.online.
  • New stores stay pending until an admin approves and initializes them in Kpress Manager.
  • If you already registered and cannot log in yet, your account may still be under review.

Account deletion

  • You can request account deletion from within the app profile screen.
  • You can also contact support and request account deletion manually.
  • Deletion requests may require verification and may be subject to legal or accounting retention requirements.
